Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
All sales are final. Cancellations of correct and error-free orders are not permitted. Exchanges are not permitted.
Order error
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred during the placement of an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to the following address: janick@rockburn.ca and indicating in sufficient detail the error that has been made.
Responsibility limitation
The Merchant shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Site or for the purchase of goods therefrom, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use of data or other intangibles, even if the Merchant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
